The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to the beach and shopping areas. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Also, the rooms are kept very clean.
There were no heaters in the room, and the cold air came in even with the window closed. Christmas can be chilly in this region, so it was quite uncomfortable being so cold. Also, the breakfast was not up to par. Very basic, with almost no variety. We ended up eating out most mornings. not the best stay.

The hotel was conveniently located close to the city centre and had attentive and welcoming staff. the breakfast offered toast, eggs, fruit and hot drinks for a good start to the day. the rooms were clean, well-maintained and featured comfortable beds.
Some guests complained about the lack of heating in the rooms during the cold mornings.

The staff was friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. the rooms were impeccably clean and had a pleasant scent. We were pleasantly surprised by the breakfast, which included eggs, fruit, and tea and coffee options. the hotel was located in a key location, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, we appreciated the all-night tea and coffee option for those late-night cravings.
The rooms were quite small and we had issues with heating. the only option provided was a portable electric heater, which wasn't enough to keep us warm on colder nights.

Staying at this hotel was fantastic - the location was central, close to transportation and plenty of restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to make me comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options including eggs, fruit, jam, cheese. I particularly appreciated the all-night access to hot beverages, as it made my late nights even more enjoyable. Lastly, the rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained and always smelling fresh.
